Fresh from a performance at Carnegie Hall last month, Cornell Kinderknecht is an award-winning recording artist and performer of historic and ethnic woodwind instruments from cultures around the world. He has been twice nominated for “Musician of the Year” in the Texas Music Awards and his song “Mother’s Hands” from Nightfall was named as a Top 5 Winner in the Instrumental Category of the 15th Annual Great American Song Contest.. His music can be heard in film, television soundtracks and advertising. He and his music were featured in the nationally aired television series, “The Art of Living Gallery.” He has debuted works for choir and Native American flute with the Texas Voices. He is a regular presenter and performer at music workshops and festivals around the US.
